So up in Swindon to see our friends
Taken for a meal in Frankie and Bens
A childless evening cos of babysitting Jackie
Scoffing food keeps us all happy
Sipping Piper and shooting the breeze
Comfortable friends feeling at ease
Mains came and went far too quickly
Grahams belly mixture feeling sickly
Frankie and Benny’s for all our needs cater
We work hard for our shirking waiter
He did alright but only one blip
I owe Graham two pounds for his gracious tip
Drinks have dried and bellies stuffed
We really don’t do this enough
Back for the babysitter, Fifa and tea
Girls head off to bed a little early
All in all, a really great night
Just like the old days on the Isle of Wight
